What is the blackswan coach bench?

The relationship between blackswan and our coaches is a critical one. It needs to be based on trust, integrity and mutuality, ie a transparency that clearly demonstrates both parties get the maximum benefit from the relationship. We secure coaching assignments for our coaches and if a coach needs extra resource for a project we can provide access to the 300 coaches on our bench. We have a diverse client base so our coach bench needs to reflect this so that we can maximise the variety we offer clients and ensure that the relationship between coach and client is ‘best-fit.’

So whilst our standards are very high, as our clients deserve and pay for the best possible service, we do need coaches with a variety of skills, experiences, expertise and backgrounds; then we can match coach and client seamlessly.

Why become a blackswan coach?

Associates of blackswan have access to leading global organisations which is not always easy as an individual coach. Our client base will strengthens our associates’ coaching credentials, by increasing their scope of assignments to give a varied and diverse client base, and a range of assignments.

We also take responsibility for helping our coaches stay up-to-date with the latest initiatives, issues and provide a range of tools to ensure they are at the top of their game. Part of this is to provide a platform for learning and a space where coaches can interact and engage with both blackswan and other blackswan coaches. Coaches are encouraged to make use of the tools, use and comment on the learning resources and share their experiences, expertise and issues with other coaches to create a true coaching community for blackswan coaches.

blackswan coaches have free use of a suite of tools including:

  • The blackswan Character Analysis: an online Jungian type indicator
  • The blackswan Learning Quotient Suite: A series of online tests to help clients understand their learning styles and how they learn best. The suite includes: Cognitive Learning Profile, Learning Interventions Profile and the Preferred Coaching Interface.
  • TeamSpace, the blackswan remote team coaching system: that allows an online sustained, continuous engagement between coach and client.
  • A range of 360 assessment tools

We will also be regularly adding to this suite so that we can provide a whole range of tools, instruments and surveys to our coaches and clients.

blackswan coaches have the support of the in-house business development and marketing team to help build and develop the client base and continually create new business opportunities.
